European headlamp for Lemans 850

I have a 78 Lemans 850 with the north american headlamp. It's a beautiful bike, but the headlamp is so effin ugly. I am trying to find a european headlamp. Was the black euro headlamp specific to the lemans or was it on other models. Has anyone done this conversion?

I did swap it with a chromed euro headlamp that I found online, but it still protrudes and the chrome looks wrong.

I had replaced the original headlamp with this one
