New exhaust installed today. No popping with DB in. Still may get new map. Will see. All I can say is Wow!!

Yes, popping with the DB out.  Regardless of my no popping with the DB in I did order GT's Re-Flash tool.  Want to see for myself how much better things can feel and run!  :>

Please follow up with a report on that tool, i have been hesitating, 500 US plus shipping and duty i expect 1000 CDN. i bought some hagon shocks for the wifes v7, 360US with shipping, 750CDN after exchange, duty on my visa card:(

I will report back for sure.  I am expecting it to take about a few weeks.  GT mentioned shipment late this week.

Just a follow-up.

I did receive Todd's ECU Flash tool and I can say I do notice a much smoother response on the throttle.  Was very easy but note to make sure your battery is well charged before undertaking.  You first read the old map into the tool and send to Todd for registration and he mails you the new map to upload.  The read took about 18 minutes and the load of the new file was about 7-10 minutes.  Very easy and I like not having to remove the ECU.

Here is how she looks currently.

Next will be the installation of Todd's retro head covers (powder coat-black) and head guard along with the polished aluminum fenders.

Yes, thank you for the update. i am looking forward to that smoothness:) just started snowing again here, and its still pretty cold, but soon i hope.

Awww, come on. Put on a performance exhaust and then eliminate popping?  Isn't that counter productive?
