New Moto Guzzi Door Mats Available Now
Hmm , can't find anything stating these things are illegal , are we just guessing and claiming that guess is fact ? Dusty
Maybe you and the other dig hole, jump in and cover up missed the word "probably"?
That probably isn't going to happen.
Lets see how that laser works for ya.
Hmm , neither one of us "dig holes" ever said we were going to purchase a laser tail light , or that they are good idea , but pontificating on laws , especially in other states , seems a bit silly . Dusty
In other words, Norge Pilot is just guessing...
...we simply must stop putting words in his mouth Dusty
Why don't you two mods stat behaving? You might think you're funny, not. First thing you did was go after my post with that inane "again" snipe. Maybe that works where you come from, cute but doesn't work. Then the other one has to jump to your defense and pile on.There are no in other words, the posts said it, you made it personal. Grow the fk up.
Quick -- someone pontificate again on how the moderators work sooooooo hard to keep things mature and civil here. Repeat until true.
You're probably wrong. Again...
Geeze, I didn't think this would be a controversial issue..
ROFLMAOOk, so first I'd recommend reading the description...and the reviews. Not waterproof.Second, it is 200mW in the visible which means a class 3 laser, which is dangerous when viewing the direct or reflected light.Third, it says it is only useful in low light conditions and recommends connecting it to the fog light circuit. Here is a set of cautions for a 200mW laser pointer from another company: Don't allow the laser beam to enter the eye. The laser beam is harmful to eyes, any contact will cause permanent damage. Not the laser point to the crowd, especially in the face Don't look directly with your eyes or using binoculars and other equipment to observe the laser beam on the remote control. Never let the laser point to a mirror or other highly reflective surfaces Please keep the laser pointer away from children (especially the high powered ones) in order to avoid the damage by the children's contacting Don't light laser pointer continually in 30 seconds, it will affect its lifetime for prolonged use Please remove the battery from the laser pointer when not in use Need to disassemble, adjust or repair, please get professional maintenance technicians The use of laser pointers (especially the higher powered ones) may be illegal in some countries Therefore, customers can buy and use it by following the local laws and regulations. In the event of resale, you also need to incorporate this notation in the product description, so that any potential buyer can be well informed before making purchasing decision

Elaborate. Please.Who else will be concerned with my safety? If I'm to busy to be concerned with my personal safety, is there someone out there to do it for me?
I'm thinking of those who are willing to use the pulsating headlights ; they must know how distracting and annoying they are ...or those who ride with their brights on in daytime , or those who travel slower than posted speed limit causing congestion on two lane roads forcing others to pass , all supporting their illusion of safety , or using it as an excuse , like the loud pipe folks .Don't know about these lasers , but anything that annoys or distracts or startles other motorists reduces their safety .
I don't like having the higher power class III lasers around. Too many people consider them toys.I have worked with lasers for over 30 years now, from mW to MW (that's millions of Watts). From the little diode jobs to ones that you can stand inside them. I have a 75W CO2 laser in my living room.
