Could it be a v75? Looks like a small block, bodywork seems '80's, but even so, I'd say it's not worth what he's asking. A few hundred max. A lot of work there and a lot of money to get it running.

Definitely a 4V small block.. probably with a dropped valve.  :smiley: The bodywork isn't right for a Lario. Just the same, if both heads are ok, there's some value. Not $1700 though.

V7, made 1985 - 87
16" front wheel w/double disc, 18" rear
shared its control layout & fairing with the 850T5
4-valve heads which, according to Walker, "suffered the same mechanical fate as the other 4-valve models"

What threw me was that it said 750. I didn't know that a V7 smallblock 750 4 valve was ever made.

What exactly is the Targa? I remember Iceblue has one.

I would certainly be interested at say $200NZ, but I see a bottomless pit there.

After analogue kid's post I went looking for V7 4 valvers. Greg Benders site has quite a bit of info on them. Out here I think the bottomless pit would come out in Spain. :shocked:

This is what I was thinking. The 18 inch rear wheel was what got me thinking. I think these were made as both 750's and 350's but I may be wrong on that, it was a long time ago!  :grin:

Either way if you can get it cheap you will have a pretty unique, (Especially in NZ!) Guzzi and there are some pretty damn clever smallblock guys over there.

As they say in the NFL.. Upon further review.. I'm beginning to see enough parts to make a motorcycle there after looking at the bottom picture. That would be an interesting grenade :evil: to put together, if cheap enough.

Regardless of the four-valve heads - or at least one of them - I sure don't see $2,500 in it. And then there's title issues.

If it was across town, I see maybe 800 bucks in it, if that.
