HB juniors seem to be the default pannier for small blocks. I have a set and really like them. The frame is a bit ugly with the bags removed but that is a compromise for rock-solid attachments.
Every once in a while, though, I see a photo of 'old school' hard shells that blend with the aesthetic of the bike so well I'd rather remove front wheel than the panniers.
How many of those companies are still in business? Does anyone have images of new or restored saddlebags?
Has anyone adapted a vintage pannier to lock to the HB luggage frame (not C-Bow)...
