NGC comments on this color scheme NGC

My DR650 has a 3.4 gal tank, I want more capacity and can get IMS (or Acerbis) tanks in 4.9 and greater sizes.. (4.9 good for me)
colors run from white to black.. I was thinking white until I saw they have flourescent Yellow..  hum..   thoughts>? you won't offend me but I'll just say it's my kind of funky..

I like it.  Go for it.  :thumb:

It looks good but it is screaming for a black stripe or logo to set it off.

I did one two-tone purple.  I'm not qualified to judge.   :lipsrsealed:

But if I did, I'd say go for it.  I like it, but you only have to please yourself.

No doubt about it being a Suzuki.  Needs a big suzy S decal.  Is there adequate airflow underneath?

That would work!

I had the white Acerbis on my DR350.  It stained almost immeadiately from exposure to red swamp mud so the yellow might have a practical advantage too

Only a few hundred miles but it's way better than the several KLR's I've owned.. cruises easy with traffic flow (80mph) and could do it all day.. I need a better windscreen for that tho..
corners excellent! love the long suspension.. under powered compared to the Uly but hopefully that keeps me out of trouble.

update: I scored a 5 gallon IMS tank on CL for less than 1/2 price of new.. sorry.. it's yellow!
It should extend my range to near 300 miles.. I was getting fed up with filling at 120..

side note, we got in some good bonding time this weekend.. including a torrential downpour.

I really like the flow of this thing, and it's not my kind of flavor at all. Beautifully done.

Update, stickers don't last on the plastic tank..

finished off the color scheme.. I went to DennisKirk and picked up an Acerbis fender for an RM 250.. bolt holes matched perfect so I put it on right there in the lot.
