Thought someone here might be interested. Ad reads:

We have unearthed some nice Sport 1100 parts.
Fuel tank, upper fairing, headlight, and bracket, center exhaust and one head pipe.
Hopefully this is just what someone has been dreaming of to fix their fallen Sport.
Love to sell as a package, but certainly will sell individual pieces.
I'm reasonable, but I had to put a price out there to post the ad.

Thanks for posting this Charlie.  I'm looking for a tank.  My bike is a carbed 1100 sport and I think this yellow one is a fuel injected bike.  I don't know much about Fuel injection, all my bikes are carburated.  What is the difference between the tanks?  Could I possibly be able to use a tank that was designed for fuel injection on a carbed bike?

That yellow tank appears to be damaged, so be prepared for paint and bodywork.

The differences between the carb and injected tanks are the fittings.  Injected bike has EFI return line connection, etc.

Fuel pump was external.  There are fittings on both sides of the tank, but not sure if they're the same thread size as those on the carb bikes' electric petcocks. My memory is failing me on this, but it seems like putting the efi tank on the carb bike is an easier swap than putting a carb tank on an efi bike.  You might ask over at V11lemans.com for a more definitive answer.
