I realize that tranny and convert in the title may lead some hard core headline junkies astray and apologize for unintended consequences, puns and misunderstandings in that vein... and for those last two as well. :copcar:

Anyhow, once one listens to the professor explain the turbo encabulator - the complexities of a Convert tranny fall away:
