You managed to get that BAAK bash plate to fit?  I tried and tried on my V7 but it just wouldn't come together at all.  I also realized that I would have to drop it and remount it for oil changes and figured it wasn't worth the time or effort for what seemed like very little protection.  Good looking bike.

Thanks guys. The BAAK bash guard took a little manipulation to fit but was still less work than the tail kit. The front fender is pending install because I am not satisfied with the finish and will wait until I decide what to do w/ the paint project.

Conclusion on BAAK - design/aesthetic & execution aren't on the same page.  I do like the results so far.

My next three targets in order of priority:
1. Custom Leather Seat
2. Paint Project
3. Re-do Front Suspension

Otherwise, I love this bike & it has easily become my go-to machine...
