So Sad a Blue Angel Aircraft crashed in Tenn.
« on: June 02, 2016, 05:01:56 PM »
During a practice session in preparation for an Airshow a Blue Angel Aircraft crashed and it's pilot was killed.  My thoughts and prayers go out to the family and Blue Angel Team!!

Sad about the Blue Angel pilot dying. Also sad that a Thunderbird went down a couple hours earlier (pilot OK). Not a very good day for air show performers.

In a coincidence there was a short video in today's New York Times documenting a journalist's guest stint as a co-pilot with the Breitling Jet Group.

Here is the related article:  http://www.nytimes.com/2016/06/03/fashion/mens-style/breitling-watches-stunt-jets.html?_r=0
