The valve covers and exhaust header nuts appear to be off an R69S. Hopefully, the bike was wrecked and rebuilt in this fashion...whatever that is.

Ha, it's funny that I've thought about the fact that one reason I won't sell my somewhat bastardized 1972 Kawasaki H2 is because I know the buyer would immediately put it back to stock to make it "more valuable" or "correct" or "collectable" (etc.) and every change I've made has been to make it handle better, go faster, or look the way I wanted it to look.

 "Handle better or go faster" , well sure , and I am not a stickler for "correct" , most of my old Triumphs back in the day had all of the superfluous bits removed . But ya gotta admit , some things are , well , not attractive .
