Have you put Goldwing pegs on your Norge?
« on: June 13, 2016, 08:39:40 PM »
And if so, what was involved?
I ask because I've been getting asked a lot about adding height to the Norge seat.
I've been adding one inch but I got a wild hair going so I'm working on a 3 inch rise for a very tall rider.  I thought a combo of pegs and seat might be best for him.

I realize there are some drop pegs already available but this rider wants the rubber foot pad area as opposed to bare metal.

I,ve got them on mine. Very easy to switch out, I did have to drill a small hole on the R side ? for the return spring.

Yup, I've got them. Changed out to the euro side stand to make it work for me. Did not drill anything but if I remember right I used the GW springs... At 5'3" I sure did not need any extra height in the seat but I was experiencing a smidgeon of hip pain and the GW pegs cured it.

I'd like to put some on my '07, but I'm still trying to wear out the original ones, I think I'm about half way there !
