Come enjoy the twisty mountain roads of Central PA!

Saturday, July 2, rain date, July 3.
Start time, between 9 & 10am. But, may be adjusted depending on when people can make it, so, please let me know ahead of time what time you can be here, and I'll adjust the plans accordingly.

Starting point, our home in Palmyra, PA, PM for the exact address and directions.

Distance will be 150-200 miles depending on interest. The route include PA125, and potentially portions of Perry County, if we want to make a longer day of it. The route will be mostly two lane roads, but, might include a short section or two of four lane road just to get to the good roads.

The pace will be kept to no more than 10-15 MPH over the posted speed limits, and will be adjusted to riders' comfort levels.

Afterwards, hang out and eat grilled food (likely burgers, and maybe some Jerk chicken), drink beverages, and sit around the camp fire. Please let me know a few days ahead of the ride if you'll be staying for dinner, so, I know how much food to have ready to grill.

Please let me know ASAP if you plan on coming, and how long of a ride that you are interested in, so, I can plan a route accordingly.

Sounds great, Jay. My husband and I are in as long as it's July 2. (We have plans the 3rd.) We should be able to get there by 10:00am. And yes, we'll stay for dinner too.

The weather forecast looks good tomorrow, sunny, 82 degrees, and low humidity.
The planned route is 210 miles of some of central PA's finest motorcycle roads.

Sunday morning, we rode to the Ephrata First Sunday Motorcycle breakfast (Cam, Josh, Bill, and me). Bill had left already when I took this pic.

That's both my V7 Special and V7 Racer. Cam is riding my Special home. I'll get his tire fixed and hopefully trailer it to NJ next weekend, as I was already planning to be there anyway.

Thanks to Jay and da boyz for a GREAT day of twisty riding. Less than an hour from home base, and I picked up a drywall screw. Coulda been worse, we were tearing it up pretty good, but I got screwed in a slower straight. AAA to the rescue. Glad ONE of our phones had service. A BIG thanks to Jay for letting me ride his V7S all the way home while HE gets me a new tire mounted. What sucks is I just got two new Pilot Actives about 1,500 miles ago (much better than the Demons BTW).

Mysteriousy, I didn't get my flat until Bill Hagan showed up....
