Somebody else already mentioned this. Perhaps it'll have the 4V heads.

And flat tappets with DLC that will wear off, unexpectedly, and require a move to roller rockers..

, but it’s possible Moto Guzzi may introduce some cruiser-styled motorcycles to slot in under the V9 models.

Couple of comments from that article:

"Good for emissions regs. but I can't imagine it will do much in the way of bumping the juice on these. I know that power is not everything but man if these bikes had an additional 20hp each I think they would sell much better."

"I've been eyeing off these bad boys for a few years now but the only thing holding me back from getting one was the lack of power. Fingers crossed the philosphy of the V7 III is less retro and more "bridging the gap between modern and retro", sending a little more spin to the rear wheel, offering a little more tech for the modern rider and not going too puncy like the v9 series. I'd sell my car and buy one on day one."

Ditto

Also, keeping a 750CC AND an 850CC engine in the line up seems a bit odd to me. I would have expected the V9 motor to replace the 750.

Lets dream big while we are speculating.  Lets expect a newly-designed 4-valve head and significantly more power.
