Sidecar gears like Steve said. I'm not sure they ever came standard in anything. V700, some early Ambos, Eldos and 850-T were 8/37. Most Ambos and V7 Sport were 8/35.

Thanks blokes. I thought the ratios were odd. The box had been rebuilt by the same nimrod who'd been through the gearbox, it has multiple El Wierdo home made shims and queer shit all through it.
I believe the original gearing was 8/35? If this is the case and anyone wants to swap a sweet set of weirdo sidecar gears for the stockers I'm all ears! :D

Hell, I was thinking 8/37. I have a set of 7/37 in a box that I bought at Iowa rally in 97 or 8. Haven't put them in anything yet. The sidecar rig has the stock 7/33 which is fine now, no gearing wall since I put 32mm PHF's on it. I may put them in the LM3 when it's time.
