"A full-on bagger with that can lean deeper into a turn, rev higher, weighs less, and has better brakes than any dresser on the market. Its the fastest bagger Ive ever ridden, not because it has the most powerful engine, but because its incredibly well balanced."
But....Bagger guys love the "pose". If they can lean against the parking meter and tell all their buddies "it's the fastest, best handling bagger out there", well, then that's just icing on the cake, even if they never utilize it.
Those 120 inch bikes that rattle your teeth because the bars shake like a jackhammer? I've ridden one of the CVO bikes with St III. Awful. More shake than fast.Take a "tour" on one of those.
I live on Hwy 90 in Missouri. A riders paradise. Revs and handling mean virtually everything to me. Originality, technology and innovation are added bonuses.
You missed my point. LOL.
did I ?
With that 21" front wheel you'll have a good choice of off road tires! Okay I don't get the 21" tire.
Lemmy from ZLA's Common Tread (Revzilla's online blog) just reviewed the MGX-21:http://www.revzilla.com/common-tread/2017-moto-guzzi-mgx-21-flying-fortress-first-ride-motorcycle-reviewConsidering he is admittedly a Harley/American BT loyalist, I'd say he did a fair job of being impartial and complementary where he saw fit.
Nice write up.
I can't believe this guy is motorcycle road tester. It doesn't seem like he's ridden a lot of different bikes.
