I thought it was worth a shot.  "OBX" is the standard bumper sticker shorthand for "Outer Banks" - you see it on thousands of cars.

And 23540 is the Zip Code for Virginia Beach.

In Nebraska they want $70.00 per year plus registration fee for a vanity plate.  So, being FUBAR...this is what I did
