All is good now...

* New belts
* New "steel" timing gear (Thanks Joe Caruso!) :bow:
* New "steel" oil pump gear with bronze bushing (Thanks Joe Caruso!) :bow:
* Oil / filer / rear-end gear oil changes
* Will Creedon chip (Thanks Will Creedon!)  :bow:
* Tuned and dialed in on a EGA (Electronic Gas Analyzer)
* MPG went from 22-25 MPG before to 34-35 MPG now at 80 mph
* Bike now runs like a "race-tuned motor"  Incredible and noticeable different.  Smooth and VERY fast! :thumb:
* The motor now runs like a whole different bike now! :1:

Big thumbs up and THANKS to master Guzzi mechanic / technician Tom Hull / Mesa, AZ for his excellent work!

Here are some photos of the old ALUMINUM gears - hardly any wear @ 8,000 miles, and the Centuaro GT on the road back to Vortex-Land!  I am a happy camper! :cool:

Nice break-down of the work done. Definitely helps those unfamiliar with that model on what some of the improvements should be. Nice bike too, looks good in yellow.

I'm guessing that the weather is starting to cool off out your way.  Perfect project to have done for the up coming riding season.  Things are just the opposite around here.  We'll have cold and snow before you know it.

Yes, fall has arrived in Red Rock country, and I will be riding!  However, at 4,250 feet, we get a little dusting of snow too, but nothing like Milwaukee, or Chicago, or back in upstate NY where I grew up. We also get an average of 300 days of sunshine per year! :cool:

Here's a few more from yesterday's ride to Sidewinder's in Pine, AZ with the Verde Valley Riders (Geezers), not to be confused with the Valley Guzzi Geezers!  Lots of puzzling looks at my Centuaro.

One guy asked me if Moto Guzzi went out of business!! :rolleyes: :embarrassed: :undecided:   I said they have been going out of business since 1921!! :thumb: :1: :cool:

Next time someone asks me if Guzzi went out of business, I'm gonna tell em," naw, WWII helped them out a lot". 😈

WW II also kept Harley and Indian afloat...but Indian finally succumbed in 1953, but they are back now under Polaris. :cool: :thumb: :1:
