Any one with loop frame parts live near Clarksville or Knoxville TN

The bolt fell out of the rear brake drum stay arm and screwed a few things up, all fixed other than the Shoe spreader, trying to find someone who can weld it.
Anyways if that can't happen it would be nice to have the part for the trip through the mountains and back to Illinois.
