An amusing balance point
« on: September 27, 2016, 12:40:54 PM »
When I got off work yesterday I noticed the Norge was balanced on the center stand with both wheels off the ground.  Never had that happen before.  I must have the bags loaded just right.
A tiny breeze one way or the other would tip it for or aft.  Just thought it was funny.  People were thinking it was going to tip over.  lol

R60/2's were built so when you took off the front tire, it would tip back onto the rear...and vice versa...think how great that works for a touring bike...never seen it since

Looks like a winner!

I noticed my Norge doing that a few years ago - it seems to happen with the bags and trunk on, but empty. It is very helpful when doing tire changes!
