It's family gathering that's why there's a lot of cheap protein to feed everyone.  :police: :food:

From the Deep Deep South out in left field.  There are no stupid questions.  There are however stupid people asking questions.  🤣, this includes me.  😉 Hawaii.

I've been deep frying Turkey's off and on for the last 25 years. A family member bought the electric fryer a few years back.
The electric fryer is the hot setup. It holds perfect 350 or 375  temp. Super easy to clean. It's a much smaller footprint. You never guess about propane. I've seen the Butterball fryers drop down to $55+/- at Walmart after the Holidays. I thought they were expensive at $95.00.   Deep fried pork tenderloin is great for the anti turkey people. Deep fried rib eye steaks for snacking  and the most important TDay food.....Alligator.
Happy Tday to all. Good luck and safe fryings.

I have been feeding my backyard turkeys nothing but mashed potato flakes and cranberries for the last three weeks.  Here's hoping...     Last year I bred turkeys specifically for massive drumsticks.  I'd tell you how they tasted, but I could never catch a single one of them!  :food:
