Have to agree that the front tire size on the V9 has always been a little odd, but how hard would it be to actually just put a smaller rim on it?

Looks good except for that hat box on the tank!

That Guzzi factory luggage is some of the ugliest luggage I have ever seen, especially that horrid looking tank bag!  What were they thinking?

Found your problem on the MG specs page:


Front Tire (Full Spec)     Pirelli� 100/90R 19

My Bonneville T100 had the same size front tire, so I'm very familiar with the handling characteristics of a skinny 19 inch tire.  The 19 inch tire's primary handling 'feature' is a somewhat ponderous turn in when entering corners.  My issue with small block handling goes beyond this one 'feature', as I also experienced it with my V7, which had a skinny 18 inch front tire.

Let me know if you need an Original Dart Screen for the Griso...I've got (brand new condition) that was on my 2015 Griso for only a few hundred miles.  Perfect shape, no scratches, and includes the hardware for mounting.

Thanks!  I'll let you know.  I try not to make any changes for the first 1,000 miles.  That way I can see what (if anything) really bugs me and address those issues first.

I did.  Had this really clean 2006 1100 cc pushrod Griso.  Should have never sold it.  Would have saved myself a lot of money.
