'75 Eldo tire size question

I am looking at a set of dual sport tires designated as "4.10-18 TT 59P"

I am guessing these are smaller than 120 -18, and slightly larger than 110-18 in metric sizing.  Am I correct?

 A 4:10 is slightly smaller than a 110 , close enough to not matter .

Thanks Dusty, I will give them a try.  Some dirt road exploring is in my future this season.

Brand matters too. Not all 4.10s are created equal. A 4.10 Shinko 244 was really around 4 inches and looked "dainty" on my XT500. A 4.60 was just right (and was really only 4.375" IIRC).

Aha, indeed I was looking at Shinko.  Do you think a "120/80-18 TT 62H": https://www.cyclegear.com/tires/shinko-705-dual-sport-tires

Would be a better fit?  I have 120/90 H18 Dunlops on there now.  Sadly, dual sport tires do not come with whitewalls!

The 705s seem to run true to size, the old 244s do not.

.  . . and apparently he's dual-purposing an Eldo, which is always my first choice for on/off roading.  So I can relate to the desire for whitewalls.   

Seriously though, you can probably get some adhesive white sidewalls or rubber whitewall paint through the internet or jc whitney catalog.  Making cheap tires look like Firestones used to be a thing.  We did both paint and inserts.  Raised white lettering did away with that fad, but the stuff is still out there.

I was joking about the white walls.  I have had "wide whites" on the bike almost since it was first rebuilt almost twenty years ago.  I now live in an area with some interesting dirt roads which is why I am switching.

I put a pair of 4.10 Shinko 705's on my Eldo. I took them off, it seemed to fall in too fast.

I settled on some Avon Distanzia's.
