Mid 60's Chrysler Imperial. Back then, Mopar actually made well built and stylish cars.

theres a bunch of classic stuff here needs to be restored, a 28 2 door sedan, 55 ford pickup, a 46 frazer car and its old military, 5 or 6 vws. 4 mustangs. owner will let them rot before they will roll! sad really

Not a 911...but a 1965 model 356-SC.  I always liked vintage Porsche's!!  :1:

It's a Pembleton.... I think it's better than a Triking, it's based on a Citroen 2 CV. It has front wheel drive with an H gear box and reverse,  the suspension is amazing.  It's much more usable than a Triking,. It can be either 3 or 4 wheels, like the other 2CV based kit the Lomax.

I have recently bought a Lomax which still has the Citroen 2CV engine.   I will use it as is this summer to try it out, but expect to be installing a Guzzi engine next winter.  :)

I noticed that all those nice collectable classics have very little plastic body parts.

Modern cars will never become vintage collectable, let alone 'clunkers', until there is a lot of big 3d printers in a lot of home garages, capable of producing those unobtainable critical replacements.

I saw one of those Jags not long ago.  It's just a modern run of the mill car with a Jaguar on the bonnet, no comparison to the real thing.   Having said that Jaguar has been producing sub standard cars for a long time now.

I saw one of those Jags not long ago.  It's just a modern run of the mill car with a Jaguar on the bonnet, no comparison to the real thing.   Having said that Jaguar has been producing sub standard cars for a long time now.

Well, have you driven a modern Jag lastly? The cars are regarded at least up to par in driveability, road holding, and so on with our German cars (Mercedes and BMW) even by German magazines. I drove an XJ recently and it behaved beautifully.

And compared to the other modern crap today they look really good.

No I have not driven a modern one, and don't really have the inclination. The last Jag I drove was 3.8 E type about 35 years ago.

Nope. 65 Imperial. Not a Chrysler. Separate car line. Imperial BY Chrysler. Imperials at that time still had full frames. Te rest of the MoPars were unibody.

I first encountered a Lomax in 2006.  We were riding our Triumph Bonnevilles (790cc) from the Cleveland area out West.  We encountered 3-4 Lomax at a gas station close to the Four Corners area.  They were from G Britain, and seemed to be having the time of their lives cruising our southwest desert roads in their Citroen-powered cars.



BTW SaskMick ..... that Lomax in BRG color is beautiful!

Thanks Ohiorider, I like the a lot colour too............ Do you know if they took their cars back home again ?  The reason I ask is that it costs a bloody fortune to ship them across the Atlantic. I shipped mine from Holland that's how I know. 
  I don't think there's many Lomax's in the US, those I have seen pictures of have all been right hand drive which tells me they were all imported from the UK.   I think mine's the only one in Canada.  It's supposed to be a 1963 2CV,but everything has been replaced. The only original part is the vin plate.

PS, The Citroen engines are supposed to go on forever but they are only 600cc, my lawnmower engine is bigger. Looks just like a bike engine to me.

Indeed...my high school buddy was always a tried-and-true MOPAR guy...and he had a blue / white vinyl top Charger similar to this one, with a 383 cu. in.  / 4-barrel with a Hurst 4-speed shifter.
