Here to make arrangements for my late mom who just passed.  No reason to share it other than I feel I know some of you guys pretty well.  Have today to poke about, get my head straight.  My older three kids arrive tomorrow from around the country and globe - grateful for them. May take a (car) ride to Utah, never been, before things get going tomorrow.  Thanks for the fellowship here - enjoy each day.

Best to you, Nic. If you don't have too much time, the Valley of fire is close and worth visiting. Utah of course, is awesome, but you can't begin to see it in a day..

Enjoy the time with your kids, it sounds as though they have scattered far and wide, enjoy reminiscing about your mother with them and get out and have a blast exploring.

Sorry Nic. It sucks. My mom passed last April before I could get home to see her.

My wife and I go to Innsbruck tomorrow to bury her Aunty.
