It's possible it's down for maintenance - the plain page announcing 'not authorized to view' may indicate that they're using the long weekend for an update. I do notice their site used PHP, and if they had an older version they were overdue for security upgrades requiring new versions of PHP and a rebuild.
I have a friend whose website used an older version of PHP - not being too technical, he didn't update it for quite a while, and eventually they turned off his website and told him he couldn't re-activate it until he made it more secure. Such things happen to those whose core expertise isn't their website, but their small business.
