Sorry to hear of your dillemma, If you have a piece of rope or heavy twine you can run it around the pulleys you want to use and use that as your measurement for a belt. It will get you close  and buy a belt shorter and longer than your measurement just in case, you can return the ones you dont need. Good Luck!

If your compressor is locked up but the clutch pulley is OK, you can disconnect the low pressure switch on the accumulator/dryer so the clutch can't engage.

I have a '92 G-30 with a bad compressor.  I pulled the compressor clutch plate off and replaced the bearing in the clutch pulley.

yep, im in Colorado Springs, rolled in late last night. I got a pulley setup that bypasses the compressor which I couldn't use as an idler because the clutch bearings had shit the bed along with the rest of the compressor. I couldn't run a shorter belt cause the tensioner pushed the wrong way without the compressor pulley. Spent some time in Sharon Springs, a nice small town with good people in it that otherwise I would have just eased on thru.so it was lucky I broke there, it was purty desolate between there and here on state roads, they told me that the interstate was even more sparse.
we are here for a Women on wheels national that Deb wanted to go to. crazy women running everywhere......... ....

Did you remove the compressor or just push it aside?

I have replaced clutch assemblies on usable GM & Ford compressors because the clutch bearing failed.

The compressor is off, this kit I got is just a bridge with a pulley and worked very well. same belt. the compressor is way past having a value of anything but core return. I would have just put on a compressor but couldn't get one before Friday and while we enjoyed our stay in Sharon Springs I didn't want to stay that long. For a breakdown it was one of the better ones. we had stopped for gas and parts started falling out of the rotating assembly. Curious, says I. they let us park in the back lot with the transient semis, wheat harvest is starting and there are groups that travel doing that. the next day we moved to a tire shop that had spaces for travel trailers for these good folks. town residents would stop by and ask if we needed anything and a decent parts store was within a half mile, the first one TwoWings posted. Fourth of July made it hard to get parts in as well. We are in Colorado Springs, base camp is at Hotel Elegance.  Now I'm unloading the bikes to shred some asphalt, big city and we are headed out of it
