Ideally check the part numbers but I'll think you find they are more 1100 sport/daytona rather than EV.

The back of the speedo looks more like my loop speedo minus the 90 degree cable drive.

At least my '04 EV has the trip reset out the side of the gauge and a straight out speedo cable.

The tacho on EV is electronic.

Dunno about the EV BUT Daytona/Sporti et all the speedo looks very similar

As already pointed out Tach is electronic

Mounting points look about right for Sporti/Daytona too

I'd check wheel diameters and ratios before jumping.

Funny I found myself in a similar position and was looking to get rid of the hideous blue speedo on the Sport, but now I'm waiting for a Harley gauge mount from Flea Bay that I won  to see if a little experiment and modification might work.

If it does gauges will either be SpeedHut or Marshall, I prefer the Marshall but the SpeedHut gauges offer better mounting, more flexibility, and can incorporate some warning lights too

I'll post on it later if it looks like a goer

If you go with a Speedhut GPS speedo, all the issues with wheel diameter, cable drives, tire sizes and ratios become irrelevant. The GPS speedo doesn't use any data at all from the wheels: only the GPS satellite signal.  Much easier to adapt and install than a traditional speedo.

The early Ducati's had a drive off the front wheel as opposed tot eh gearbox on the sports/daytona's. However there are two basic setups for a mechanical speedo nb this is very dim dark distant memory something like 34rpm (at the speedo drive) per 10kph and 28 rpm per 10kph, check with google first or some other source.

It's unlikely Veglia been a fairly small firm would of used both. The variation of wheel diameters gearbox ratios etc are typically sorted out at the gearbox wheel end with the number of teeth on the drive spur.
