Will that wire support auxiliary headlights? I'm sure it can do a phone charger. What else can I use it for?

Put a small 12Volt LED there as a troubleshooting aid.
If you get a bad ignition switch, kill switch or stand switch the light will go dim, go out or flicker.
If the light is out chances are the bike is not going to start.

BTW the light has been named a "Go Winkie" over on the other board.

It would support a headlight as long as you use it to trigger a relay. I would not run a lot of watts through the wire. You could probably use it for something that is a light load, such as a GPS, volt meter, something like that. If you use it to trigger a relay, use it for whatever you like.
