It's that time of the year again...Blowout deals.
« on: January 16, 2018, 05:59:16 PM »
Hey guys and gals, I'm doing our annual end of year (yeah, I know we're running late) clearance sale and I just got the website put together. There's a couple really sweet deals here.

All these bikes are new with full warranties etc.  I've got some good lines on financing if you need something other than what your bank or credit union will provide.

To clear up some confusion, the Moto Guzzi USA house deal is $1000 off OR 0% financing, not both.

We can hold anything until spring and we won't activate your warranty until you actually take delivery of the bike.

If you need more details, contact me at the shop at 216-795-5580 or email me directly at pocphil@gmail.com

Not trying to be Mr.SpamALot, but if you were going to buy a new bike anyway, might as well do us a favor and buy it from us.

We can help you out with shipping and have been able to ship most anywhere in the continental US for under $600.

Are all MGX-21s the same? I have seen references to "MGX-21" and "MGX-21 Flying Fortress".

IIRC there was a corporate price adjustment to some bikes in the range between those years... so the MSRP dropped in later years.

Yeah, in theory that could hurt the earlier bikes, but the dealer has already paid for it, and has to try and recover what he can.

That's the kind of corporate dreck that led MPH to drop the brand.

Same deal with Mark at MG Classics. They sold a bunch of overstocked bikes to a competing dealer for $2000 less than he had in them.

Understandable, but on the other hand, dropping the price on future models to better match the market is overall good for both dealer and brand. The problem obvious is dealers could use some relief or additional help moving older, higher priced stock to go with that move.

All MGX-21's are Flying Fortresses, Some people just call them MGX-21's to keep it simple.

Yes, you're exactly right about the V7 Pricing structure, the price was dropped dramatically for the 2017 model year. To soften the blow MG announced a $1000+ discount on any existing 2016 Mk2's left over. The downside was they didn't allow any discount of remaining 2015 inventory. So, dealers who had pre-16 bikes on their floor got gut-punched. I've got 2 Red Stones, one is bone stock and the other I've built into a scrambler. I'm gonna lose my ass on both of them and it was a dick-move on the part of the manufacturer to not make dealers whole.

Hint - Hint....
