Odd question. Why? Do you mean to ask the angular relationship between the two cylinders? Guzzi V bikes have cylinders which are 90 degrees apart. The crankshaft has to rotate two times or 720 degrees to complete the cycles for both cylinder. One cylinder fires. The other cylinder fires 270 degrees later. The first cylinder is ready again at another 450 degrees or a total of 720. What is the basic problem you are trying to solve?
