In the garage, an Ozzy gets too familiar with my Jackal.
« on: March 27, 2018, 05:45:49 PM »
So last night a couple of friends (John, a Floridian, and Matt, an Oztralien)  came over to get some welding done on a project they were working on and as I was getting things set up Matt looks at my bike and says "Hey, its a Guzzi! These things are damn sexy, mate." A few minutes later he makes some comments about the curves of the bike and how nobody can make curves like Italians. I keep working on getting ready to weld and then I look over and he is slowly rubbing the gas tank with both hands. Whats he doing? About a half hour later when the welding is done, Matt is back at the bike with his hands on the tank. He looks at me and John and says "Look at the shape of this thing- it's got curves like a bo*b! I can't keep my hands off it!"  Yeah, funny. Now I have to wash my bike.

Love may be "in the air", and spring "on the way", but there appears to be a bunch of needy perverts wandering around "in people's garages" ....  :embarrassed: :embarrassed: :embarrassed:

I have an Ozzie friend who lives just South of here . He claims Ozzies are the last "real" men , of course his very Okie wife gives him permission to say that

A couple of years back there was a Sheila working in the Cedar Vale cafe . I asked her how the heck she ended up in Kansas , she answered "well mate , I met this cowboy" . She told me later that it took her about a year to "train" him

Hmm , is there a point to this

Hm had the same thing happen with a panel beater fixing a road rash on a Ducati MHR tank. I left when he was rubbing wet and dry over the tank in a way you really didn't want to witness. Along those lines I have a mate who swears having your Guzzi on a dyne is like paying to watch some one r*pe your girlfriend! Ozzies eh!

Yeah, he'd a been a big hit in the parking lot at Dead shows back in the day...

All of the above except the last one. He's 'never' left at home. Office dog, and nearly constant companion.

The thought early on was to cultivate this (also an Aussie with an Aussie on a Guzzi )

But, then I, and he, thought better of it.

Apolgies for the thread veer. Back to inappropriate dork fondling. (sorry...someone else will have to handle the photo duties.)

Well, since there is so much discussion about Aussies, I thought I would ask this question....The other day a friend of mine commented that you should never refer to an Australian as "Dude"
He states that to Aussies, "Dude" means a whales asshole!  Is that true?

In good quality Australian company, it's seen as a soft American term and therefore worthy of derision. It reeks of "Wayne's World", which is good enough for Wayne but it just so happens we live in a better one over here.
(The best actually... :thumb:)
BTW..
I'm not aware of the tie in between the term and a whales fundament.
