Seen out in the boonies beyond the backwaters at the top of our South Island,

"Even More Cowshit Road".  Said it all.  Sorry, we have a photo somewhere but I cant find it.

Also seen in a more settled part of the same area, the sign, "Bates Road" had been carefully changed with a precursor done in the same colour,  ReproBates Road. Lasted a day but was seen by many.

Yeah, we have two Bates' roads near me.
There's Juniorbates road and the big one Masterbates (sic) Road..

It's in the Lake area near the two feeder canals.
The Nearcanal and the one out of town, the Farcanal...!
On the Monash Freeway out of Melbourne there's a turnoff called Ernst Wanke drive.
I'd love to get some paint and put an "r" on the end..To wit

Always happy to "lend a hand"

Back in the day (Camden Town, I think, the early '70's) there was a bust of Sigmund Freud on a large plinth, with the spray canned graffiti "WANKER" . Thought it was apt. That graffiti was left unmolested for ages, so I guess others did too.

Huzo my brother in law is apparently riding his pushbike at the moment between Broome and Kununurra. If you see him (Orange helmet black bike) put your foot out as you go past.

Not a road sign but,... In the late seventies early 80's there was a famous piece of graffiti in Adelaide City.
"Land Rights for Gay Whales"
Just about covered all the then protest issues

I never passed him mate, so maybe in a roadhouse (or similar) at the cross over point.
Now in Broome.

Head out to Matso's towards town beach and get yourself a beer and curry. Ride out to cable beach Sunset Bar later and watch the sunset with a pizza. :thumb:

I didn't like the road the GPS chose, so I asked for an alternative route (sic).
Look where it tried to send me...!

Did you encounter any moo cows along the Manilya / Exmouth rd? I meant to warn you about them if you went that way.

Here's a couple

I went up to the van and asked for a couple of strokes from the lash, but she's moved on to selling ice creams instead.
Also, on the 146 k straight, I wonder why my rear tyre is getting a worn patch in the centre..!
And..
Dunno if I'm getting harder to impress, but the "great treeless plain" seems to be getting less treeless, not quite so flat and plain like, and to be quite honest..
Less..Ummm...."great..!"
