Breva 750 handgrips

The stock grips that came on the Breva I recently acquired were pretty much shot so I replaced them with some inexpensive Renthals. Unfortunately, they don't seem to fit like I wanted them to. The diameter of the grips is fine but it leaves the throttle tube exposed which looks a bit unfinished IMO. Anyone have any ideas what grips would fit a bit better other than the stock grips? Thanks!

Still on my originals. Will remember (hopefully) when they need replacing.
