Ultra cool.  If mine, I'd leave it just as is and ride it!

A friend just picked up a 1913 Excelsior in similar condition.  He paid $25K for it and considered it a bargain.

That's a nice one. Normally I'd guess that could range between upper teens and upper twenties. But it's on eBay so it's hard to say.

I'd say it's a $25K bike and I'll be surprised if the reserve isn't near that.   Perhaps we'll see!

Andy Tarnic brings some exotic old bike to the OVBSAOC rally every year, Hendersons, Indians, etc.

Few years ago he brought a 1918 Indian Powerplus looking in about that condition, and rode it in the 100 mile road/dirt "reliability run" ... and won!   They're tough old bikes.

From my limited experience with antique motorcycle people, there will be someone that doesn't care what it costs, but I'll give it a shot unless it's already bid over what I'll pay at the end.

The Cannonballs seem to be setting the price for bikes and parts used on those bikes eligible to compete.
PowerPlus parts weren't terribly priced before the year limit was 1916. Then prices rose, and spare parts, many of which are pretty rare for those, became hugely desirable and expensive if they were in good shape.

Uh, yeah. I've seen a box of junk parts go for 5 large..
