V7 Tank Web - Anyone Recognize It?

Saw this photo on an Facebook post from Italy, and didn't recognize the tank strap thing. 
Anyone know it?

Sorry Joe, I don't recognise it. Once I had the OEM one, I stuck with that - neater bra without the bag. It's not the Ortlieb, which although waterproof, has flaps on the sides for removeable magnets which also obscure the tank badges - effective, but not elegant. It's not a Kriega, either.

Thanks for the learned reply Malik. 
Given that that photo is from Italy, it could be from a small company that isn't imported outside Europe, so neither you nor I have exposure to it.

It looks like a base for a tank bag.  I'm guessing based on the clips that are showing.
