Long story short, got 6300miles on this tire.  It still had some miles left on it.  So it is a tire I will be using again.  That said I swapped it out for a shinko 130/90-17.  See how it handles and if it will fix the speedometer error.  I did a short ride with it on and the speedo seems to be pretty close to actual GPS speed.

I will start another Post for this tire.

Review for a rear tire MGT130_80-17_CY125, Installed this $65 tire free shipping, 3.5k miles ago, might be a bit early but I am very satisfied with this tire!

Most of the mileage was with all my camping gear on the back and at highway speeds.  So far wear is minimal and handling is good for me.  Good grip in dry and wet.  The cool thing is that the tread pattern is remarkably similar to a Pirelli sport demon

Other tires showed noticeable wear to massive wear at this mileage/type of use and I would already be searching for a replacement tire.

Heading out for another 3K or so road trip thur. when I get back I will follow up on this review.

Been looking for a good bargain price tire that gives good mileage and safe operations, might have found one!

I have about 5K on the tire now and it is wearing very nicely.  Pretty even wear with mostly loaded highway time.  First good test of grip was at the Suches get together and again I am happy with the grip.  I was pretty athletic in the corners and the bike always felt solid and safe.

Had to cut my time short at Deals Gap/Robinville because of hurricane Michael so I will get back with more review later.

Dec update to this tire.  Still good, Added a few more miles, it is a tire I would recommend for regular use.  I plan on swapping it out at 7.5 K.  Not bad for $65!  Better millage than tires twice the price.  I found a Shinko 777 130-90/17, $85 to go on the back wheel when its is time.  The 90 was suggested for better ware and it would help to correct the speedo error!  Let you guys know when I swap to the Shinko.
