While it's not a bike I'd buy, it does look cool.

Royal Enfield have really upped their game with the Himalaya, the new 650 twins, and now this.    They have potential to become a serious player on the global motorcycle market, provided the quality is there.

It's unfortunate that they had to stick that interesting new motor in an awkward Harleyesque cruiser thing.  Most unappealing.  Unclear whether the bike even has suspension.  Good thing it's just a concept, not a real bike.

Many people do not realize that Royal Enfield is, by a large margin, the world's largest motorcycle manufacturer.  They expect to produce about 950K bikes in 2018, and over a million in 2019-2020.  Clearly, RE are rapidly expanding their range of models in production. India has recently displaced China as the world's largest Moto market.

Now THAT...

Compared to the Musket and the Carberry (below) it is not a pretty motorcycle, although (I feel) the bobber format is an unfortunate choice, and you can see the Polaris influence, it does have some interesting aspects. It is good to see the company still trying out new things.

Google:  "motorcycle girder fork"

It looks like a heavily stylized girder front end.

Thats an interesting bike, but the one that rings my bell is the Musket. That bike has a certain "Vincentness" to it that is very cool.

Needs 200 mile range for me to even look at it. That and rear sets. And shaft drive.

Seriously, I can't understand what has happened to the folks here! If you're going to act like an old coot at least get up to speed on what old coots ride.

Looks heaviy influenced by the Indian Scout. The pipes and seat are pretty much a straight copy.

I like it.  Retro, unique, and at the same time modern.  Fits the "bobber" niche with the offerings from Triumph and Indian.

Interesting suspension.  Headlight bucket cast as part of the girder fork's legs.  Unique looking cantilever suspension out back.

I'd ride it.

I like it - even the odd fork setup. However that large hunk of casting looks out of place for the rest of the bike. Thin it out or punch some holes in it so it looks more like the rear suspension.

Like others said - it's nice to see them sticking their neck out.

Please read the links that Antietam Classic Cycle posted, this thing is a tribute to the 1938 model that had a bigger motor!

I like that, very cool, like Guzzi does from time to time.  Nice bike!
