Totally..
I'd like to crowd fund a bit of a getaway for Mr and Mrs Mc Keever.
Can you facilitate that Dusty..?

The gesture is nice enough. We really are in the only place we want to be and anytime we're away, all we think about is our place on the mountain anyways.

Now, a crowd-funded V85TT or Audace for momma would not get any objections

I doubt I'd be thinking about the next Guzzi without this forum.  Dealerships are slipping farther and farther away and may be totally gone from the area next week(who knows).  The combined knowledge and care from the group here give me hope that I could maintain or maybe even resolve issues that arise.

Better a pawn than a prawn; and as to this sites' position in my "on line" life - it is the only one in my favorites scroll down menu.
Many thanks to all involved.

After re reading this thread, it came to mind, this place is as much a "support group"as it is a place of excellent technical advice. About 3 years ago, when I was going through treatment for throat cancer, the fine folks on this forum helped me , and indirectly helped my wife and son in so many different ways, that I am humbled, and for ever grateful to the awesome folks here.
Fellow Guzzisti sent me books, delicious honey from their apiary, herbs, scapulars, cards, prayers, personal communication to help me through the rougher spots, you name it.I  was overwhelmed by the camaraderie, and honest caring demonstrated to me. There are some quality people here from all different walks of life, that make this a very unique place like no other.
Thanks again,
Rick

I look at shows like "Have Gun, Will Travel" a little differently than when I was a kid.

I think Paladin killed something over 100 men in total.   Of course, he can't hold a candle to Lucas McCain on "The Rifleman" with 125+ kills, or Little Joe on "Bonanza" with 140!

A bloodthirsty bunch, those ... !!!

Paladin outsmarted most of the bad guys. Lucas would give you a case of lead poisoning in a heartbeat.  OOps may be off limits
