The only way I could see buying that is if you have a V7 without a clean title and will buy it for the VIN and clear paperwork.

Usually done if the insurance paid off your current bike, or you find yourself with one that has questionable paperwork.

Be very very careful. Some burnt out rubber seals degrade to a nasty acid that can do a person a lo5 of damage
