I got to my first national in Kansas in 1993 and was surprised to be one of the youngest at 35. (with the 'ole lady (36))

Just turned 76 in January of this year. How did that happen? Feels funny when you're the youngest of three brothers by several years, and when you were one of the youngest in your senior class. But I'm liking it!

However, let me emphasize the best part of it ......I've been retired and still have a few bucks left in the bank since Jan 2005. Don't like the 76 part, but I have to consider that the period from age 62 to 76 has been damn good. Got in a lot of rides in that 14 year period. I wish that for the rest of you youngsters!

I know how you felt. I won the youngest rider award in Italy Tx in 2001, at 31. Glad to have you keeping Guzzi going. We need many more just like you.
