The previous owner(s?) of my 2012 Norge had installed them so I have no before-after comparison but they are well-made and work for me.  Any further details needed?

I would have used them if I had known about them...

They look similar to the ones I used on my Ducati ST2, which were very helpful in decreasing discomfort.

There used to be a guy on the forum named "Norge Pilot" that had a thread about risers for his Norge. 

He just got spacers and longer bolts, essentially what the kit does that you are looking at, except much cheaper. 

I did his modification to my '12 Norge several years ago.  Very easy.
