Might be getting air up the threads of the bolt stuck in the line, remove line & cap the spigot. All I got, sounds like air getting in.
Clean throttle body w/cleaner that's OK for the sensor. Oil will goo things up.

How about the bolt in LH manifold, they should both be capped off w/bolt. I clean my throttle bodies on the EV 1100 every 10Kmi same time I clean the K&n air filter.

The correct oil level on those models was no more than half way between low and full .
And I always found that spraying WD-40 around intake sealing areas would high light any intake leaks .
Boy did I ever enjoy the motor on my 2018 Eldorado.

Yes Peter, I really like the motor in my Audace. Too bad I could no longer ride it. The motor in my V100 is very similar, lots of low end power and plenty of scoot up top.
