I did this year's ago when I first saw the ad with this voltmeter in a glass of water, happily doing its thing. I carved a mount out of a block of aluminum and used clamps around the risers to mount it. I don't like bright dash lights and this is not lighted so I used an aviation post light wired to the instrument lights. It is surprisingly water resistant. It's connected to the battery through a breaker and is always on . It draws negligible power so when I walk by , I can see if it's time for a charge.

I have a similar one, I thought of putting it in a small box with a momentary switch so its not distracting. Of course I didn't get a round toit.

There was a recent thread here about voltmeters, got me thinking about putting one on and found this:
https://a.co/d/6eE3pYK
PO had installed a lighter outlet on LH fork on a bracket ( who uses these now?) plug and play as was already wired to battery.
USB A, USB C smart 3.0, and an on- off switch so no power draw.
$13. Only down side so far is that the LED blanks out when the driving lights are on for some reason.
