Anyone know a source here in the US for?

FrenTubo makes a made-up kit, don't know who supplies them anymore.

their site has    https://sportbikes4hireshop.com/     as a USA dealer  , MG Cycle used to carry them and may get them if you call.

I've been able to have stainless steel brake lines fab'd at local shops.  Otherwise, you might consider making the lines yourself from one of those universal kits.

What I have seen done is to take the old lines off and use them as a pattern.  Then cut the right length of tubing and the proper banjo joints with proper angle radius can be matched up.

You might just go to local bike or service shop and ask them about it.

Home made brake lines can be dangerous.  Even factory made ones can be imperfect.  I recently had to change a Russell (factory) line out on the trike because it was leaking at the swedge.  get DOT-approved lines made to length with the ends you need.  they are not cheap, but stopping is the most important thing you do with a bike.

Earls on gasoline alley in Indy will make up custom lines for about 20 bucks each. (!) Good stuff. They've done several for me.
Send them your stuff if you're not in the area, they'll make up new stuff.

I beg to differ - DIY brake lines are no more dangerous than prefabricated lines, provided the home assembler knows how to follow directions included in the package.  Putting together lines and fittings is not exactly an exercise which requires an intellectual giant.  I have used with success both Magnum lines (MG Cycle) and Goodridge Sniper II microbore lines.  Of the two, the Goodridge lines are better adaptable to motorcycle dimensions and spaces, while the Magnums are more automotive-sized.  I prefer the Goodridges.  I have never had any sort of failure with either brand.  DIY offers the ability to customize and route lines any way desired: also, considerably less expensive (Guzzi content) than prefabricated.  Perfectly safe if assembled correctly.

Differ away.  And show me your DOT approved, DIY assembly.  That's the differ I'll listen to.  They don't approve those for a reason.

If a brake circuit was redone end-to-end with -3AN fittings and swivel ended hose it would be solid.  But it's not like the diy you're wanting.  You get the DOT braided hose done up to length (many standard lengths out in quality mass production that will fit) with swivel female ends already fitted.  Then you add the end bits (banjo, flare, whatever) you need.  They just couple up like any flare.  This is commonly used in streetable custom automotive work and the components may be available at your local custom shop.  Be wary of internet (ebay) offerings.  Many are fake or poor quality.  Get the good stuff.

I had a Russell brake line rupture when I was doing a track day.   NOT  FUN!!  (Neither was riding the bike home with only a rear brake.)

The guys at Racing Innovations fab'd a replacement.  (They build drag bikes and chopper frames for TV father & son soap opera)

I like the part where the prospect can't measure point A to point B for a ready-made length, yet he's assumed competent to measure that same distance to roll his own.  I'll argue that if he can't do a proper measurement, he can't do a proper assembly.

The parts may meet DOT.  The assembly does not.  As you said earlier, it's the skill of the assembler that counts.  I've built dozens of these.   Some work.  Some fail over time.  Most leak.  For my liability and health, the approach I wrote up above makes better sense.
We've discussed how even the factory built ones can have problems, and the factory builds them all day.  So why do a hold-my-beer fabrication for such a critical area when the good stuff is readily available, made up and waiting for the banjos of choice?

That's all I've got.
