If I recall correctly, Calvin bars are 30mm.  If you can find them, they’re definitely pulled back more than the Stone’s.  I’ve had both bikes.

For whatever reason, I'm unable to upload pictures of the wooden riser. Text is all I can get to upload. The Walnut is just a spacer that you can make to suit your needs. On my 03 EV I was able to raise the bars about an inch and half and move them back about two inches before the brake line and cable slack was gone. I made a grove in the wood for the handlebars to set in. Then used the caps that are on the top of the bars to secure the handlebars to the wood riser. Longer bolts were purchased from a bike shop.
