I admit this is probably a dumb question, but here goes anyway...
I'm thinking of redoing the tank on my 2017 V7 III Stone with either powder coat or cerakote, but both of those processes involve a heat cure at around 400F degrees. I've done this with tanks in the past no problem, but to be honest this bike has way more technology in it than anything else I've owned, and I'm wondering if there's anything inside the tank that isn't obvious (like the gas cap and fuel pump) that would have to be removed to avoid being damaged by the heat. The lack of any reference I could find to a tank liner or any other internal components suggest the answer is no, but I'm paranoid.
