Lowering idle speed on V11 Bassa

My Bassa idles close to 1,500 RPM after my last tune up attempt. What is the correct way to lower the idle speed? I've reviewed Jeff B's and Bike Boy Brad's tune up documents and I'm thinking it's adjusting the air bleeds while using my Carbtune balancer. Correct?

Not when I tune, I set air screws at a contant like 3/4 turn open. When you open them up it makes mixture leaner, one reason I keep at a constant for both cyls. For mixture yuo use software and buttons.

The info I have from the factory at that time says 1/2 turn on both air bleeds for that bike. Basically what Steve indicates.
Then set the high speed balance with the screw on the linkage. And the idle balance and speed with the two idle stops.
Make sure the 'choke' lever setup is not holding the throttle open at idle.

You are clearly more tech than I am, but the best results I consistently got from my Bassa resulted from air filter changes. I'm going to assume your tuneup included that.
