As an added attraction, that area has some great roads to ride on.
Yeah, they're a bit bumpy  :huh: But little traffic, great scenery too.
And if you want to stretch your legs, there's the AT.
If you're into it, bring a fly rod and fish the legionary Housatonic river.
Make a weekend out of it with camping. Housatonic meadows, and Macedonia brook both have camp grounds
