My AZ Man Cave is Done
« on: April 12, 2019, 11:20:46 PM »
I had the floor epoxied, painted the walls added a water softener and still had a crummy looking water heater staring at me.   So, I turned it into a large battery!

Looks great!  However, need some Moto Guzzi signs, etc. on the walls, also! :thumb:

Hey John,

Looks great....what a fine bit of "hidden in plain sight"

You aught to reach out to Scotty...he just bought a place to winter in AZ...not sure where or how close but Guzzi's will be present.

Hoping you can make it to our rally this August...need you for the tricycle race :)

Irony, I used to be a factory rep for Rayovac.  But the other battery graphics are to complicated to replicate.  Duracell is easy.  I ordered the name in 5" tall letters from an internet company and stuck'em on.  I brushed on two coats Rustoleum satin paint and then sprayed the top 1/3 with Kryon Copper, both are companies I also sold for.

Hi JU.  Nice mancave but where is the beer fridge??

Will you be back for the brunch on the 20th?

Weather is looking good here in Minn for that weekend, I'm  planning on making it.

Ride Safe..

Thanks Rick!   Back in the early 90's I won my class at the MN Vette show 3 years running with the '81..... then I got tired of sitting in a chair all day long and have not done show since.

Earl,  I'll be back for the May 18th breakfast.  I'm doing the RT 66 Run in May.
